APPROVAL	N Bixinex™ Liquid 1.2% fully complies with the requirements of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (Chapter 21, Part 1-99 Section 73.30) for Annato Colours and is exempt from U.S. certification.
CONCENTRATION	Not less than 1.2% (FAO / FDA analysis method).
SOLUBILITY	Completely miscible in water without any oil material residue or sediment. Insoluble in oil.
STABILITY	Moderately stable toward light and heat. It has good stability against oxidation, change in pH, and microbiological attacks.
APPLICATION	Food industry (alcoholic beverages, dairy desserts, dry pet foods, snack foods, processed cheese, ice cream, baked goods, icings, seafood).
CONSERVATION	Protect from exposure to light, air, humidity and excessive heat. Store in well-sealed plastic bottles .
