BIXINEX™ 4% Oil dispersible

DESCRIPTION

It  is  the  main  natural  pigment  (Bixin) present in

annatto seeds (Bixa orellana L.) extracted directly with sunflower oil, in the form of a fine and stable suspension. It can be available up to 4% of concentration.

APPROVAL  

Bixinex™ 4% Oil dispersible fully  complies  with the requirements of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (Chapter 21, Part 1-99 Section 73.30) for Annatto Colours and is exempt from U.S. certification.

CONCENTRATION

Not less than 4% (FAO/FDA analysis method).

APPLICATION

Fats,  oils, butters,  margarines,   mayonnaise,  

processed cheeses, snacks, dried foods, baked food, salad oils.

CONSERVATION

Protect from exposure to light, air, humidity and excessive heat. Stored in well sealed polyethylene packages.
