CONCENTRATION	Not less than 30% (FAO/FDA analysis method).
SOLUBILITY	Completely soluble in water (crystalline) without any oil material residue or sediment.
APPLICATION	Food industry (alcoholic beverages, dairy desserts, dry pet foods, snack foods, processed cheese, ice cream, baked foods, icings, seafood).
CONSERVATION	Protect from exposure to light, air, humidity and excessive heat. Stored in well sealed polyethylene packages.
